We are looking for an energetic and highly self-motivated Account Leader to join our growing team. The Account Leader is a critical part of our customer success and sales team. You will be responsible for the growth and renewal of our existing customer base. As the principal contact for our customers, you will work to identify expansion opportunities ensuring we maintain consistently high renewal rates.
This role will primarily consist of working closely with client stakeholders to maximize the return on the investment while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction overall. In addition, you’ll get to contribute to other areas of the organization such as customer success and sales. We are always looking to offer promotional opportunities to our team members and are targeting this role specifically for growth and quick advancement.
For this role, very strong interpersonal and organizational skills are a must. Each day, you will manage multiple high-priority clients in collaboration with internal teams. The role will be challenging, fast paced, and very rewarding.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to ensure we maximize expansion opportunities
Serve as the point of contact for our existing customers and drive all renewal and expansion sales opportunities
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to keep our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services
Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet objectives

2+ years in a healthcare technology sales or consulting capacity
1-3 years of B2B sales experience in proactive sales roles in enterprise software or commerce solutions via phone, preferably in related subscription/software/healthcare industries
Results-driven, with a proven record of using reporting metrics/KPIs to track progress against goals.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience preferred
