Who We’re Seeking
We are looking for an associate-level creative consultant to join our Technical Marketing Team and assist in the development of technical demos. This is a full-time role that offers great exposure to the latest Microsoft technologies. If you have enthusiasm for technology and marketing and are looking to explore a career in these fields, this may be the perfect job for you!

As an Associate Technical Marketing Consultant, you will leverage PowerPoint, Word, and Excel as well as other Microsoft Office and 3Sharp proprietary tools in working with technical marketing leads to build out demo scenarios and tell stories for our customers to help them sell their software and/or services. If you are not a graphic designer but have always had an eye for color, design, and presentation, this is a great opportunity to unleash your creative side and grow in that capacity as well.

In this role, you will perform the following tasks with supervision:

• Build demos and visually appealing assets that help tell the customers' stories.
• Write clear, consistent demo scripts and other documentation for customer consumption.
• Dive in and quickly get up to speed on new technologies to become known as a trusted thought leader in the eyes of the customer.
• Interact with customers, project managers, quality assurance resources, and other team members as necessary to ensure project success.
• Successfully troubleshoot problems independently, while working with a team in a deadline- driven environment.
• Contribute to multiple projects from beginning to end with primary success being measured by customer satisfaction.

Within the first three months, we expect you to become confident producing 3Sharp’s typical deliverables and be a contributing member on projects.

Your Qualifications

• Strong desire to contribute, both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow direction with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Office 365 feature sets.
• Technical writing, requirements-gathering, and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Prior experience or background in marketing and/or building creative content for demos and presentations preferred.

Salary
This is an entry level position that pays $51-69k/year DOE.

3Sharp pays 90% of employee insurance premiums (medical, dental, vision) and offers a 401(k) match. New employees accrue 4 weeks of PTO in their first year and receive 9 paid holidays. 

Remote Work and Business Hours
We have transitioned to a work-from-home model since March 2020 but expect to resume some in-person meetings, events, and team syncs in the near future. As such, preference is given to local applicants. Our business hours are maintained in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
