Our proposal solutions team is responsible for creating compelling and persuasive responses to hundreds of RFPs every year. As a member of this team, you will oversee the team of proposal administrators who are responsible for the proposal development process for RFPs to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions. You will work and collaborate as part of a leadership team, focusing on employee engagement, process, and efficiency, while being strategic and innovative.
In this role, you will:
Serve as a leader/mentor for the Proposal Solutions’ proposal administrator team. This includes coaching team members for continued growth and development as well as creating team unity that drives results.
Support the team by providing strategic guidance and fixing roadblocks for success. This includes resolving escalated issues and serving as a liaison during conflict, as well as looking deeply at projects and initiatives to provide recommendations on a go-forward-plan.
Identify and develop networks with Sales leaders and team members to ensure our proposal processes and resources hit the mark for everyone involved.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of current education initiatives and correlations to Renaissance products and services.
Serves as a role model for Proposal Solutions department with professionalism under pressure and tight deadlines and allocation of time to support the team whenever needed. Serves as a resource for both proposal administrators and other positions within the department for questions, input, and assistance.
For this role, you must have:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in a related field, and
Two to five years of leadership experience, or
Equivalent combination of education or experience
Bonus points for:
Previous sales or proposal development experience preferred.
Association of Proposal Management Professionals Foundation Certification. If not currently certified, will be required to acquire certification within 18 months of hire.
Salary Range: $68,000-$82,000 This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
