Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneur-minded Account Executive on our Mid-Market segment to join our rapidly growing sales team and to further develop Shippeo's Growth in the Benelux region.

We are aiming for someone passionate when it comes to navigating within large enterprises while building trust with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a leader's mindset, should not be afraid to take risks while being focused on getting things done by being creative and thinking outside the box. 

You will be responsible for developing new business in the Benelux regionbuilding and executing account plans, driving revenue and contributing to the sales targets in your region.

Your main mission includes:

  • Working together with our SDR team to grow your pipeline
  • Leading complex sales cycles within the Mid-Market company space
  • Consistently evangelizing our vision through product demonstrations, marketing events and other initiatives you will initiate
  • Forecasting and manage your sales activities and pipeline to meet revenue targets
  • Coordinating with the Marketing and Pre-Sales teams on your accounts
  • Helping improve and implement the commercial strategies with our European team according to our company objectives

Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive with a track record in complex sales cycles within the B2B software market. Experience within Supply Chain or logistics environments is a plus.

Preferred experience:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales
  • You have a demonstrated track record selling software or solutions
  • You have experience closing five and six figure deals
  • You are a go-getter and you are comfortable developing C-level relationships
  • You are an overachiever, you always go the last mile to close your deals 
  • You’re a team player and you like to be challenged by your team and your customers 
  • You had exposure to rapid growth, fast growing companies and you already built things from scratch
  • You are proactive and creative on new ideas and have a great sense of initiative 
  • You are completely fluent in Dutch and English (a third language is a plus)
