The Manager, Media Solutions is a strategic and solutions-driven leader, always looking for the next big idea and innovative approach to make our media properties and clients shine.

The Media Solutions Manager’s key areas of responsibility will be to develop and execute Cineplex Media’s marketing & client solutions strategy for represented Cinema and Digital Out of Home Media networks, driving integrated solutions sales, and developing highly impactful and persuasive sales enablement collateral.

What Is The Role?

• In partnership with Sales Leads, work with a defined list of clients, agencies, and categories to develop creative solutions and integrated sales programs for clients
• Be the lead resource in the development of integrated solutions and media network sales collateral and presentations.
•  Lead and participate in creative brainstorm sessions that result in initiatives that deliver on business & client’s strategic objectives
•  Execute multi-channel marketing strategy supporting media sales efforts
•  Plan and execute industry and client events

What You Need:

•  Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

• 5 years experience in media, marketing or at an advertising agency.

• Experience working in a brand partnerships/client solutions-type role, providing strategic solutions based on defined KPI’s and insights.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and some experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and HTML a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Skilled presenter and ability to share ideas confidently
• Adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English and French would be considered and asset
