The A&F Co. Customer Intelligence team is responsible for fostering a culture of curiosity and providing the business with data-driven insight to inform strategies. The team represents the voice of the customer in business discussions and endeavors to understand the constantly evolving behaviors, values, attitudes, needs and wants of our customers.
The Customer Researcher will provide insights and recommendations to drive the growth of the Abercrombie Kids brand. This person will execute discrete quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform all aspects of the brand. Based on demand and team capacity, this role may have the opportunity to support on research for the A&F adults’ brands as well.
