Company Description

Iceberg is looking for an experienced Salesforce administrator with deep CPQ experience to partner with our Project Management team to assist in the design and implementation of Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ systems for Iceberg’s clients. This role is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your systems skills. You'll get to work with dozens of high-growth startups, help solve all sorts of interesting problems, and collaborate with the best minds in Revenue Operations.

      Job Description

The CPQ Manager role is 100% remote and we are looking for someone who has a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

IMPORTANT - this is not a normal Salesforce Admin or CPQ Admin role. The successful candidate will work within a small project team to guide clients toward impactful operational decisions. They will have to learn fast, juggle multiple tasks, and keep projects moving forward. If you're looking for a job where you get a task list from someone else who makes the tough decisions, then this isn't the role for you.

      What you'll get:

      • Competitive compensation.
      • Flexibility (100% remote)
      • Constant training and development from some of the best minds in revenue operations.
      • A new set of skills. There are more Salesforce and CPQ administrators every day, so you'll learn a set of skills that will help you differentiate yourself from the crowd.
      • Internal opportunities to advance.
      • A chance to build a strong resume. The operations professionals we've worked with in the past now work at some of the most exciting companies in the world.

      What you’ll do:

      • Work directly with clients (alongside a Project Manager) to help them meet their business goals through systems and process improvements.
      • Implement and maintain Salesforce and CPQ customizations including product products/pricing, CPQ, and other more common Salesforce setup requests.
      • Respond quickly to tickets so your assigned clients always get fast and reliable service from Iceberg.
      • Implement and maintain integrations with other business systems like DocuSign, HelloSign, and more.

      Qualifications

      • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com - specifically on behalf of sales teams
      • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ
      • Familiarity with common e-Signature and workflow/integration tools are a plus:
        • DocuSign
        • HelloSign
        • PandaDoc
        • Zapier
        • Tray.io
        • SpringCM
        • Ironclad
      • Project management and/or consulting experience a strong plus
      • Experience partnering with Sales Operations a plus
      • Desire to work across multiple teams and clients, often switching contexts to keep projects moving forward in parallel
