We are seeking a detail-orientated, solution-focused person to successfully manage the deployment of our training programs and digital training assets for NielsenIQ’s next-generation Connect Platform. This position, within our US Client Training team, is responsible for the implementation of digital learning content and coordination of instructor-led training to drive adoption of our world-class training programs. This role will have a direct impact on our internal associates and clients’ learning experience and overall satisfaction with our products and services.

A proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-geographically while maintaining a positive and upbeat demeanor is essential for success. Passion for driving user adoption of training programming, cultivating positive learning experiences and a desire to help individuals overcome technological obstacles are critical attributes for this role.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate instructor-led classroom training logistics for multi-client and client-specific virtual and/or in-person training sessions
Create and maintain multi-client course calendars, course offerings, billing, training requests and vendor relationships
Work cross-functionally with LMS associates and subject matter experts to input and maintain digital training assets into shared hosting sites
Coordinate administrative aspects of online learning
Create and manage reporting processes and tracking of content usage for training programs
Develop and implement creative adoption techniques to ensure the successful use of digital training programs
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with eLearning, digital training asset access and other training-related technologies
Assist with the management and maintenance of all digital learning resources
Work cross-functionally with Trainers, Instructional Designers, Product Leaders and Customer Success associates to ensure end-user learning needs are met
Anticipate client challenges and risks that distract from meeting client learning expectations
Build trust & good working relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external)
Prepare project documentation (such as project charters, statements of work and project schedules) and update risk/issue/changelogs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
2+ years experience as an LMS administrator
Technical system skills including troubleshooting, and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors
Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals
Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work.
