Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate — make thoughtful and innovative product decisions together with engineers, PMs, and other functions
  • Design — own a big part of our visual language, many small and not-so-small parts of large products without losing the big picture.
  • Prototype — communicate a broad concept or specify an interaction in great details
  • Test — constantly test ideas with real users & customers
  • Be flexible — display and utilize good knowledge on platform-specific guidelines, and ignore them when you see fit
  • Translating use cases and requirements into interactive and visual designs;
  • Creating graphic assets, flows, and other deliverables to be included in the product;
  • Designing features through constant iterations, from interaction flow to visual design.
  • Developing prototypes and mockups of interaction flows;
  • Collaborating with software engineers and marketing managers on the product team to define use cases;
  • Working with engineers to implement designs and solve complex problems as they arise.
  • Developing thoughtful and innovative product decisions through cross-team collaboration. Creating and modifying general computer applications software;
  • Customizing software for client use by constantly testing ideas with real users and customers; Working on interaction and interface design for both mobile (iOS and Android) and desktop apps.

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years designing digital products and user experiences
  • BA/BS in related field
  • Great communication skills — You can articulate your design decision
  • A passion for software design, from ideation to implementation
  • Experience in interaction and interface design, for both mobile (iOS and Android) and desktop apps.
