Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a new colleague who has a project management background in software development projects. You are a good fit if you like to coordinate with different stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for the customer and the team. We want you to be part of Netcentric if you are a good communicator, who knows how to identify customer requirements and manage future business solutions. Resting on your laurels is not familiar to you, nor is it for us. You will have the opportunity to be part of one of the most innovative companies in Europe working on exciting projects onsite in the Nordics region.

What do we require?

• Having at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in web development projects
• Experience in managing large and complex contracts and their budgets
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies
• Focus on building & maintaining a strong relationship with our clients, respecting their needs and identifying business opportunities
• Experience in requirements management and ability to conceptualize the client’s expectations
• Ability to moderate workshops, presentations and discussions
• Documentation of complex topics concisely and comprehensively
• Creating a communication plan and managing its execution
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• With the input of the technical team, all technical topics can be discussed and explained to our clients
• Experience with task management and wiki-based documentation tools (preferably Jira, Confluence, etc)
• Native speaker in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish and very good command of spoken and written English
• Business travel is not an issue for you
• Eligibility to work within the EU
