As a CRM Manager / E-Mail Marketing Manager - Italian speaking you will manage, analyze and optimize data-driven email performance for our Italian market (noicompriamoauto.it). You take responsibility for optimizing the customer journey, improving the customer experience and therefore contribute to the ambitious growth targets of the AUTO1.

Your new role

• Create innovative communication concepts to optimize the user journey for our automated e-mail triggers and e-mail campaigns
• Analyze and optimize the performance of several million email sendings per month for our consumer brands like vendezvotrevoiture.fr
• Take ownership for identifying trends in data and set up growth projects proactively to enhance our customer journey
• Create A/B tests with own design and tech resources to improve the customer experience and thus also increase CRM relevant conversion rates
• Gain a full understanding of our internally developed sending system, develop improvements and new sending logics

Your skills

• A Bachelor's degree in a Marketing related field and first experience in CRM or e-mail marketing
• Strong analytical skills, a data driven mindset and the interest in taking on analytical challenges by diving deeply into big sets of data 
• Self-driven and a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to put yourself in the shoes of customers to ensure every touchpoint is positive, valuable and consistent
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment and to be challenged to increase your  learning curve
• Perfectly fluent in Italian and fluently in English
