About the Job
As a Technical Recruiter at Bugbounter, you will be responsible for the recruitment process in our startup. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Technical Recruiter for the end-to-end recruitment cycle (posting job applications to the portals, screening, interviews, and onboarding processes).
Prepare and post jobs applications to the portals,
Source and attract candidates
Screen candidates resumes and job applications,
Conduct interviews within schedule,
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes,
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team,
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Bachelor’s degree in related field,
Proven work experience at least 2 years as an IT Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter),
Hands on experience,
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Suite products,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
