You will be working in the AI and Machine learning division. We build products and services that help make the rest of the organization faster. We work with cutting edge technology, custom neural networks and other machine learning to get the job done. Our team is highly independent, releases multiple times a week, and are all passionately committed to making our products the best they can be.  We are based in Sydney, New Zealand and Vienna.

We are looking for energetic, intelligent and driven people to join our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning team. We work at the cutting edge of technology, designing machine learning systems and embedding them into our production .NET applications. You will be working on a .NET Core stack deployed on the Azure cloud, using both inbuilt and custom services to deliver an awesome automation experience to our customers.

Your responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable code using C# and the .NET libraries
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding .NET applications
• Continue to evolve your knowledge as C# and .NET (specifically .NET Core) evolve
• Take ownership of the testing and quality of your code
• Design solutions to complex coding challenges in a highly independent manner
• Contribute to system architecture and DevOps

• Expertise in the ASP.NET framework and .NET Core
• 5 years of development experience using C#
• Ability to work with both Windows and Unix environments
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Must Have Tech knowledge

.Net/C#

• Strong experience required, async programming
• At least 5 years experience in C# programming

Security

• OAuth style authentication
• HMAC message signing
• General cryptography knowledge
• Secure storage
• SSL

Kubernetes/Docker knowledge

• Understanding of containerized environments
• Ability to describe role of container orchestration

Nice to have tech knowledge

• Distributed systems design
• Microservice design and implementation
