Piano Music Center has a large selection of new Yamaha, Young Chang, and Kawai grands, consoles and upright, Yamaha Clavinova digital pianos and Yamaha Disklavier player pianos. Pre-owned pianos are also available.

That's where you come in! We're hiring for a unique e-commerce position which would entail phone / chat / email selling as well as post-sale customer service, shipping, and logistics. We've built a culture where excellence, relational IQ, creativity, humor and communication are all highly valued. Qualifications:

Must have an innate talent for written and verbal communication as well as a passion for piano and music. Once you learn all of the selling points and features for our 10 Yamaha products, you will need to have the ability to to respond to live chats, texts and emails, often in real time, with the purpose of matching the needs of the customer with the right product. The primary goal being to sell instruments, represent the Piano Music Center brand well, and follow through on the shipping and logistics. We're looking for personality, integrity, writing and sales ability, positivity, and a love for music.
