Marketing Communications Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Lead to join our team. Working within the atWork Australia Marketing Communications team, the Marketing Communications Lead will play a key role in supporting the delivery of marketing activity that ultimately drives leads and referrals for atWork Australia’s and increases brand and service awareness.  The role will provide timely production of marketing and communications material for the division in accordance with contractual requirements set out by Department of Employment and atWork Australia policies and procedures.

The role will report to the Marketing Communications Manager and will work closely with leaders across the business. About You

• Demonstrated experience working within a Marketing / Communications role, minimum three years experience; 
• End to end project management skills
• High level verbal and written communication skills – capacity to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders interpreting requirements and converting into deliverables; 
• Experience working with agencies (design, PR, digital) including brief formation, development, execution and post evaluation 
• Demonstrated experience in media buying
• Skills in writing copy for a range of audiences, both short and long form  
• Able to monitor and respond to enquiries on social media platforms and develop and execute organic social media strategies 
• Executing sponsorship and partnership agreements including event execution, content creation and relationship management 
• Experience developing and creating marketing materials and communication pieces, as well as brand guardianship in accordance with business policies and procedures; 
• Using and operating a variety of marketing tools and software such as WordPress, PowerPoint and Publisher; 
• A degree in Marketing, Communications or Business 
• Knowledge and experience in web proficiency and social media platforms; and Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting tasks effectively and in a timely manner.

This is a full time, max term contract until 30 June 2023 with the possibility of extension dependent on DES program extension.
