Senior Product Manager

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial senior product manager to scale the Azibo insurance business.  

As Senior Product Manager, you will own defining, executing, and iterating on a product roadmap to build the Azibo insurance business. This role is inherently cross-functional—you will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and marketing.

Experience in product management and insurance are highly valued in order to translate a complex environment into an innovative, delightful experience for our customers.

At Azibo, you’ll be part of a new kind of financial services company whose goal is to radically improve the way investment property owners achieve their goals. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities

• Manage the insurance product roadmap to hit key goals and delight customers
• Build a strategy and roadmap that supports Azibo's vision
• Use data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Drive disruptive, innovative solutions with design & engineering
• Deeply understand customer needs, synthesize and articulate them to internal partners to generate empathy and build solutions that hit the mark 
• Own BI, instrumentation, and data and analysis for your products to drive deep understanding, innovation, and product plans.
• Lead a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, agile environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated experience shipping commercially successful consumer products 
• Experience managing complex development cycles & highly technical solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on time
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate new ideas with internal and external partners
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Proven success working with remote teams
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
