Job Description

As an Associate Consulting Operations Analyst, you will contribute and support an operations team that maintains operational excellence and provides key metrics for the Mandiant consulting practice. 

The Associate Consulting Operations Analyst will need experience in consulting/professional services operations, reporting, analytics, and governance. The position also requires a proactive work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and an ability to manage different and conflicting objectives and projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Support inquiries into project related activities, access and usage of Mandiant’s systems utilized by the consultants
  • Assist with the activities necessary to ensure that system activation/deactivation, accurate tracking and reporting will occur for new hires and employee terminations
  • Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOP’s) guides and user guides
  • Assist with governance related activities that help the consulting organization become more efficient and profitable
  • Identify process or system improvements; work with management and other teams to implement recommended changes
  • Support programs external to Consulting that help to enhance the value of the Consulting organization
  • Assist in the creation of reports for sales, chargeability, utilization, key performance statistics, and other related reporting deliverables for consulting meetings, corporate-wide presentations and requests from other groups that support the Consulting organization
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance and operational controls of the internal knowledge and/ document repository
  • Support senior staff in assigned project-based work, as needed
  • Provide timely project updates to management on a weekly basis
  • Misc activities that promote success within the Consulting organization

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years professional work experience in an operations role with a professional services firm, software or technology-based company
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Open Air, Oracle Cloud or similar experience with another Professional Services Automation system / software

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Ability to work across time zones and cultures
  • Solid organization and planning skills
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent activities
  • Discretion with sensitive materials and proven experience handling confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills – being courteous, professional and helpful

Minimum Salary: $[60,000]. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations. 

Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from FireEye’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
