Job Description

The VP, Managed Solutions will be the senior executive in charge of leading Mandiant’s Managed Offering Delivery for MSV and Intrigue enabled solutions. This position will report directly to the EVP of Managed Solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and drive managed solution delivery for MSV and Intrigue
  • Build connective processes to support flow of engagements between Managed Solutions and Professional Services
  • Advocate for product strategy in support of managed solution offerings
  • Engage with Product Management to identify delivery enhancements from the product that drive incremental value through managed offerings
  • Easy to deploy, high value standardized entry level offering that can scale to mid and down markets
  • Add on offerings to create upsell and integration into service led customized offerings while maintaining ARR driven growth
  • Engage with Product Marketing to provide input into documented value proposition based on client outcomes
  • Assist with pursuit activities for new Managed Solution customers
  • Assist with renewal activities to maintain and grow existing customer base
  • Build a delivery model that supports and encourages cross-sell of other Advantage modules and upsell within MSV and Intrigue
  • Potential to engage with third-party delivery firms in the future once we scale a set of standardized offerings that can be sold through Channel and delivered through Partners
  • Engage with Customer Success to ensure CS can scale effectively during deployment and integration phase of managed offering delivery

Qualifications

  • 20 plus years of technology experience
  • 15 plus years of cyber security experience
  • Managed Solutions and Consulting experience required
  • Mandiant Consulting experience a plus

Minimum Salary: $220,000. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations. 

Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from Mandiant’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
