Technical Lead, CloudSuite Implementations

RPI Consultants is seeking a Technical Lead to join our Technical Services Practice.  The ideal candidate will have proven experience providing technical support for  CloudSuite Financials, Supply Management, and Human Capital Management implementations. This is a special role for a special kind of technical professional.

As an RPI Technical Lead, you will use your strong leadership and expert communications skills to guide all technical workstreams in data migrations/conversions, technical development, configuration, security and platform administration for large CloudSuite implementations.
 

What you'll be doing...

• Works closely with Functional Leads in reviewing customer requirements, performs analysis, designs and documents current state and future state workflows
• Architects technical solutions to resolve gaps between client requirements and solution capabilities
• Maintains regular communication with client, Infor, team members and team leaders regarding project issues, risks, and needs
• Understands the cloud architecture and design for leading overall technical development
• Provides validation of technical design
• Finalizes strategy for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (workflows, triggers, forms, etc.)
• Supports solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live
• Supports the CloudSuite Project Manager in providing status reports, managing technical workstreams

Who you are...

• Extensive experience providing technical support for the Infor CloudSuite Financials, Supply Management, and Human Capital Management applications, completing at least two full lifecycle implementations and includes completing migrations/conversions from Lawson to Infor CloudSuite (Single tenant/on premise v9 or v10 to multi-tenant CloudSuite Finance, Supply Management and/or Human Capital Management)
• Experience architecting technical solutions to resolve gaps between client requirements and solution capabilities
• Understands how Infor ION integrations are configured between cloud and third-party systems
• Technical consulting experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and presentation experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to work collaboratively on a project team

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Healthcare industry and/or Public sector experience preferred
• Experience managing development projects in reporting, integrations and extensions, using Infor tools such as Configuration Console, IPA, ION, and Mongoose
• Infor Landmark administration experience
• Demonstrated technical skill with Infor Specific tools: Security, Spreadsheet Designer, Replication Sets and Data Lake, Process Automation, Ming.le and Birst CloudSuite Edition
• Experience provisioning Infor CloudSuite Environments
• Successfully guiding cross-functional teams through builds, preferably using agile methodologies
• Infor Certifications in Lawson Administration, Landmark Development, Security Authorization, Process Automation, and Infor OS are preferred.
