Site Lead

Duties include the key elements of Program Management, Delivery oversight, and Business Growth of Army IT System support primarily in SW Arizona area. Remote position with necessary onsite visits (2-3 times weekly). Must have demonstrated experience in capturing/building new business, managing customers, planning, organizing, staffing, reporting, coordination, identifying/mitigating risk, and supporting all phases of programs/projects from capture through operations.

The Site Lead leads growth activities and oversees daily operations of a portfolio of programs/projects and identifies. Candidate must possess planning and problem-solving skills, and be able to set clear, measurable goals as well as good time management. Must be detail-oriented, be able to analyze data, possess a high level of oral/written communication skills , be organized, efficient, and able to prioritize.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leads pipeline development, capture and proposal response for area of operation focusing on Army IT systems. 

• Supervise, coach, and develop staff supporting assigned contracts. 

• Provide consultation, direction, and motivation staff supporting assigned contracts. 

• Effectively communicate and manage expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. 

• Develop and maintain customer relationships. 

• Develop and deliver monthly project reports, customer progress reports, customer change proposals, and presentations to management and internal / external customers. 

• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. 

• Identify and resolve issues/conflicts within the project team. 

Key Experience

• Leading and Participating in Business Development and Proposal Response 

• Management of multiple projects
