• Support research on state-of-the-art machine learning techniques for our Broker platform, one of the fastest-growing products in Europe
• Create business insights using data analytics and visualizations
• Contribute to the development, improvement, and automation of our machine learning and data pipeline
• Support ad-hoc data requests from other teams in our company

• Excellent academic background in a quantitative discipline (statistics, machine learning, data science, financial mathematics, computational finance, engineering, physics or a similar field)
• Experience with at least one popular machine learning framework: pytorch, tensorflow, xgboost, scikit-learn
• Interest in Relational Databases / SQL and Python
• Strong knowledge in data science, statistical modelling, and data visualization
• Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)

Preferred skills

• Experience with software and data version control as well as cloud computing service, such as AWS
• Interest in MLOps tools, such as AWS SageMaker Pipeline, DVC
• Experience in communicating technically, at a level appropriate for the audience
