Resquared is a marketing tool that makes it easy to sell to local businesses, with built-in lead data. Our current clients are in the commercial real estate industry, using Resquared to find small business tenants across thousands of retail properties in the U.S. and Canada.

About the role

We are currently hiring for our expanding customer success team!

Resquared (YC W21) launched the first lead-generating platform designed to reach local businesses, and we work with the biggest shopping center owners in the world to help them fill their vacancies. Our team is headed by very experienced startup founders. Our last companies landed clients like Procter & Gamble, Subway, Bojangles, & Colgate. generating millions in annual recurring revenue. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Twenty Two Ventures, Liquid 2 Ventures, and 1984 Ventures. We’re a funded, profitable, fast-growing SaaS startup with the best Silicon Valley investors you can find, in need of talented and enthusiastic team members.

Who We’re Looking For

Excellent customer service is one of our core tenets as a business, so we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes customer success. You’ll join a team of people who are passionate about what they do and about consistently upleveling our customers’ experience with Resquared as well as our internal processes. As a small but mighty success team, you will absolutely have a voice and the ability to contribute to projects and processes at a high level.

What you’ll do:

-Onboard new customers with a range of technical aptitudes, ensuring that they understand our best practices as well as the product -Be an advisor and advocate for Resquared customers and maintain strong long-term relationships -Consistently reach out to current customers to keep them engaged, suss out potential issues, and maintain strong retention rates -Collaborate with the team to continually evolve processes -Identify expansion opportunities and work with the sales team to execute on them -Commit to thorough and thoughtful documentation on account updates, bug tickets, feature requests, etc -Identify and monitor account success metrics

An ideal candidate will have:

-3+ years supporting customers in some capacity (success, support, account management, etc) -Passionate about customer success, experience, and finding solutions to problems -VERY strong communication skills, both verbal and written -Positive attitude, confidence, and strong initiative -Growth mindset -Meticulous attention to detail -Excellent time management skills -An interest in building processes -Experience thinking outside the box to go above and beyond for customers -Ability to work in a fast paced, changing startup environment -Strong documentation skills -Ability to work Eastern time zone hours highly preferred
