Android Kotlin engineer

Our customer is a leading maker of marine electronics with R&D centers in Western Europe, the US and other locations.

You will join a team which is implementing new applications for a multi-functional display (MFD) that will provide charts, sonar, radar and other information for navigation. The MFD runs Android and applications are implemented using Kotlin / RxJava2, according to an agile methodology. You may also get involved in framework code development to add supports to the application layer. You will have the opportunity to work with a globally distributed team on a new software platform, solving challenges related to graphics, touchscreens and user experience.

• 3+ years of experience in Android development
• Good knowledge of Android Kotlin and RxJava
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira and Jenkins
• English knowledge for daily communication within engineering team
• Experience with Koin or jUnit will be an advantage
