Application Support Engineer

Your team

You will be part of the Application Support Services BL, composed of 20+ colleagues, with diverse skills in Custom Support & Application Management and spread through different technologies.

Your role

We are looking for an independent and mature colleague who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery management of one or more client projects.

• Provide Level 2 support for PIM / Internet Services
• Perform root cause analysis for application production incidents and delivers the necessary resolution (i.e. hotfixes, patches);
• Data management in PIM (monitoring, changes, updates)
• Raise platform related issues to platform vendors and manages issues resolution;
• Contribute to the knowledge base and development standards;

A key part of the role is to analyze, propose and implement improvements and optimizations to the running systems, processes and workflows.

Must have

• 1 - 2 years hands-on experience in an Application Support role
• Fluency in English
• Very good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Self-motivation to learn and understand new technologies
• Good knowledge on Certificates, Domain Management, Google Analytics, QR Codes
• Ensure that the online platform and all its supporting tools are up and running
• Help users and colleagues with their respective incidents
• Very good communication skills and high attention to details
• Capable of recognizing problems and gathering information in order to solve them;

Nice to have

• Good knowledge on PIM;
