What will you do at Infobip:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the company IPR status and portfolio assessment, IPR risk assessment and strategy development
• Identify patent infringement risks and develop strategy for the protection of patent protectable assets
• Develop, implement and manage global intellectual property and intangible assets protection strategy
• Create sustainable IPR management practices across all departments
• Manage, protect and expand the Company’s patent portfolio, including proactively identifying and developing patentable intellectual property
• Administer and expand the Company’s trademark portfolio
• Assess and advise on IP risks and opportunities in complex transactions and provide support in IP related projects
• Provide counseling on the IP related disclosures during the IPO process
• Counsel internal stakeholders, including management on IP risks and opportunities
• Provide department specific legal support in the area of intellectual property with special emphasis on the IP sensitive departments
• Advise on other intellectual property rights, e.g. copyrights, trade secrets and proprietary right
• Coordinate with other teams in the Legal Department to ensure that appropriate contractual protection against identified IP related risks is implemented
• Coordinate with outsourced IP experts and other legal consultants the work on the IP related matters, including IP strategy and IP management
• Keep up to date with legal developments in the intellectual property field

More about you:

• You have minimum 10 years experience in the field under your belt
• Higher education degree, law – LLB and/or LLM
• Strong legal function skills
• You are solution oriented
• Full professional fluency in English
• Effective task management
• You love setting up and driving development processes.
• Developed passion for technology, for studying and researching different legislations, comparative and telecommunication law
• You have excellent organizational, analytical and writing skills; you are quick learner, and you have a strong sense of initiative.
• You are ready to travel
