Shape the future: You develop a sensor (called "VMPS") that estimates the ego position with extremely high accuracy using satellie signals and the ego position estimation function included in this sensor. VMPS is very important and useful for "Advanced driver assistance system" and "Automated driving system". Be part of this leading disruptive technology!
サテライト信号を用いて、非常に精度の高い自車位置を推定するセンサとこのセンサに内包される位置推定論理機能（「VMPS」と呼びます）の開発をします。このセンサは「運転支援システム」及び、「自動運転システム」のために非常に重要で役立つものです。我々と共に、未来の技術を切り開いていく方をお待ちしています。

Create something remarkable: You will implement the logic of signal processing for usefully incorporating GNSS and Correction-service signals into VMPS unit estimating ego position. You will contribute to the global platform development as well as J-OEM studies and series projects.
自車位置を推定するVMPSにGNSSや補正サービス信号を有効的に取り込むための信号処理の論理を実装します。グローバルプラットフォームの開発だけでなく、日本のOEMの先行開発及び、量産プロジェクトに貢献します。

Apply new technology: You will use various signals (GNSS, Correction service, IMU, …) to estimate the high accurate ego position. And you will analyze the measurement data using various analysis tools to solve the problem.
高精度な自車位置推定を実現するために様々な信号(GNSS, 補正サービス, 慣性センサ, …)を用います。また、発生事象を解決するために様々な解析ツールを用いてデータの解析を行います。

Use your creative and freedom: You will contribute to the platform development to estimate the high accurate ego position with VMPS, and introduce and provide its function to J-OEM.
VMPSを用いた高精度な自車位置を推定するためのプラットフォーム開発に貢献し、その機能を日本のOEMに紹介及び提供します。

Implement reliable: You are responsible for designing and implementing the software components especially the communication with satellite system based on highest quality standards for series development.
高品質の量産製品開発のソフトウェア、特にサテライトシステムとの通信部分の設計及び、実装を担当します。

Experience practice: You are testing with the lab and the vehicle and measuring the actual data. Through that, you can experience and evaluate the perfomance of the developed function/logic for yourself.  
ベンチや車両を用いてテストを行い、実データを計測します。それを通して、開発した論理の性能を自分自身で経験・評価します。

Live cooperation: You work closely together with developers in different function development group and countries on novel applications towards automated driving. e.g. Group: CC-div., XC-DA, Country: Germany, USA, China, etc
自動運転に向けた新しいアプリケーションにおいて、別の機能開発グループや別の国の開発者と緊密に働きます。例えば、グループ：CC事業部、XC-DA、国：ドイツ、アメリカ、中国など

Take over responsibility: You take over responsibility for the localization work assigned to you and shape our future products for localization.

Language: You are fluent in English and Japanese(JLPT:N1).
英語と日本語に堪能であることが求められます。

Personality: You are reliable, innovative and motivated. And you have good communication skills along with the ability to work independently as well as part of a big team.
誠実で、革新的で、やる気のある方が求められます。また、優れたコミュニケーションスキルを有しており、単独だけでなく大きなチームの一員として働く能力を有している方が求められます。

Working style: You’re able to work on challenging problems and to implement efficient algorithms. You have an interest in 1st level customer support and initial issue analysis.
困難な問題に取り組み、効率的なアルゴリズムを実装できることが求められます。また、カスタマーサポートや初期の問題分析に興味がある方が求められます。

Experience: You have work experience in the field of signal processing such as noise removal (e.g. GNSS singal, ...) or IT-infrastructure, and you have specialized knowledge in this field. Especially it is better to you have an experience of GNSS signal processing. In addition you have good programming skills (especially MATLAB, CAPL, C#, C++ and Python).
GNSSなどの信号のノイズ処理に関連する業務とかITインフラストラクチャー分野での業務経験があり、その分野での専門的知見を有することが望まれます。また、優れたプログラムスキル（特に、MATLAB, CAPL, C#, C++, Python）を有していることも望まれます。

Know-How: Knowledge of computer science and vehicle technology are recommended. ROS and Linux are optional.
コンピュータサイエンス, 自動車技術の知識が求められます。ROSとLinuxの知識があれば、なお望ましくあります。

Education: YYou have a Bachelor's or Master's or PhD degree in the domain of Geomatics/Geodesy, or have an equivalent education.
地理情報学/測地学の分野で学士号または修士号を取得している、または同等の教育を受けている。

License: Valid driver's license for Japan (MT is better)
日本での自動車運転免許証 (MT免許なら尚良し)
