Job Description

Why is this role important at Infobip?

As a part of the People Operations team, you'll work closely with stakeholders within our Business Areas and Region, promoting culture, agility and growth. You'll be directly involved in developing our employees, advising leaders, working on overall POP projects, while always keeping an eye that they feel engaged, heard and supported. You will also be supporting them through cooperation with Learning and Development, Total Rewards and Employer Branding teams.

What will you do at Infobip?

  • Establish successful collaboration with all stakeholders to understand their needs, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and stakeholders alike
  • Coach leaders on all people related topics and "walk the walk" - acting to empower people, cultivate transparency and strive to continuously improve
  • Support and act as an ambassador of Infobip culture, striving to nurture people and deliver quality solutions at the same time
  • Communicate and execute company changes so that all the voices and opinions are being heard both leadership and team members
  • Drive employee engagement and motivation resulting in high retention and low turnover
  • Coordinate and help implement Global POP projects and other company's initiatives
