Your opportunity

We are looking for an early careers specialist to join our Human Resources team at Ability Action Australia.   Reporting into the HR Manager, the Graduate Program Manager will manage and coordinate the full early careers lifecycle encompassing both graduate and student placement programs.

Location: Anywhere in Australia, we are a national business

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaison with key stakeholders for workforce planning purposes
  • Graduate program project management and activity coordination from strategy through to marketing, recruitment, onboarding and program delivery
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure key milestones are met and graduate program outcomes are achieved
  • Development of early careers talent pipelines
  • Graduate and careers event planning and coordination
  • Student placement coordination and liaison with university coordinators
  • Preparation and presentation of meaningful data and reporting
  • Supporting talent acquisition and HR programs and activities

Qualifications

You will be passionate about providing great opportunities for graduates joining the workforce.   You will have early careers knowledge in addition to talent acquisition experience.  You will also have:

  • Experiencing managing and coordinating projects and programs of work
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and be driven to achieve results
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable
