Testing Plan Manager

In this challenging role the candidate will be responsible:

-       To manage and monitor, during vehicle development and maintenance phase, the EE Testing Plan regarding of all ECUs and EE components based for a specific project.

-       To define all vehicles and components mandatory for validation of a specific project.

-       To support all test engineers in order to guarantee the respect of timing execution for each test and milestone of the program. To share all information working in team with PR and PCs of all functions.

-       Weekly reporting to ITPM and MR/MCE showing KPI status of test execution, test fails and Open Point using the following tool (Catnet, PSI, Polarion, GIM)

-       To define budget in terms of manpower, vehicles and components for validation.

Basic Qualifications:

·         Education: Master degree in Electronics Engineering

·         Work experience: 3 - 5 years

·         Automotive Electronics know-how and practice

·         Software Project / program management

·         Diagnostics and On-board communication systems know-how

·         Proven capability in problem solving and root-causing

·         Ability to work alone and organize complex tasks

·         Ability to support/consult work teams and teach /coach others

·         Ability to work in multi-cultural teams

·         Optimal knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Languages Skills

Advanced English is essential for the position (written and oral)

Preferred Skills

·         DIAnalyzer and CANalyzer practice

·         FCA Norms/Standards know-how
