Structure campaigns and ad groups, then determine the best settings
Work with large datasets in Excel and upload data/content for ads using the AdWords Editor tool
Create, analyze, and optimize Google & Bing Ads for clients across varying industries
Ensure that all Google, Bing and Facebook campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic to our clients’ online stores while also ensuring a very strong ROI for every client's marketing budget
Regularly consult with the Ads Manager, SEO team, and other stakeholders to ensure advertising strategies are in line with the client’s brand, budget, and overall marketing goals
Monitor the success of campaigns using various reporting tools
Analyze campaign metrics/data and provide interpretation as well as suggestions for improving performance to one's manager
Conduct A/B testing across ads and landing pages
Review traffic in Google Analytics
Stay current with Google & Bing Ads updates, new technologies, trends, and best practices
Ability to build out YouTube campaigns for DTC brands
Understanding of creative that works well on YouTube and how that differs from other platforms
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
Strong, professional verbal communication
Excellent writing and creative content skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items (while effectively managing changing priorities)
Innovative thinker and collaborative team player
Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Development, Economics or related analytics fields)
