Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor responsible for executing the vision of new product offerings and enhancements to existing products. As a member of the product team, the Business Analyst brings an understanding of the competitive landscape of products in the market and shapes the future roadmap of ATPCO NDC products to be built or enhanced. You will work alongside Product Owners, Scrum team members and the Product Manager to set and implement the vision and strategy for future products.

You will:

• Deliver product evolution through user driven feature experiments, hypothesis testing, and prototyping
• Develop and implement business solutions within ATPCO's NDC product portfolio
• Develop business solutions utilizing their deep understanding of the airline distribution ecosystem.
• Interact with customers and stakeholders to provide feedback on product features built by scrum teams to validate that the expected outcomes were met
• Identify new areas of product research and development and perform necessary analysis and evaluation of alternatives
• Create documentation which may include reference manuals, data application, user guides and record layouts 
• Contribute to the definition of the MVP and own the delivery of the defined MVP
• Participate in determining market fit and feasibility of building the product

The Ideal Candidate:

• Expertise in airline distribution ecosystem is highly desired.
• Prior experience with techniques such as story mapping, design thinking, and Agile methodologies
• Has the ability to analyze business problems, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and present data in a clear and concise manner
• Can serve as a airline subject matter expert for both internal and external customers
• Understands strategic business opportunities and associates them to potential product outcomes
