Participate in the delivery of technology and/or security assessments for our clients to identify and recommend changes that will provide an exceptional IT experience for their organizations.
Perform technical and security reviews, identifying gaps in network, systems, and security architectures and developing remediation and risk management plans.
Identify, evaluate and document IT operations, strategy, services, and budget to identify shortfalls, improvement opportunities, and process improvement.
Deliver assigned project commitments to clients, utilizing the entire client team as necessary and as agreed with the Project Manager.
Participate in the daily planning, tracking, scheduling, and execution of project tasks.
Multi-task across many assessment engagements at various stages of execution or delivery.
Report and communicate assessment progress and findings to stakeholders, executive leadership, and IT Operations Teams.
Lead portions of the presentations and other deliverables to the customer as needed.
Assist in developing action plans to address assessment findings and improvement opportunities.
Assist in the development and planning of technology or remediation projects for our clients.
Assess the IT procurement and asset management functions of our clients by analyzing budgets, proposals, and vendor contracts.
Review software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards
Collaborate with clients to define cost savings, software compliances and service improvement opportunities.
Perform strategic planning in conjunction with our clients, including identification and analysis of projects to fulfill strategic and operational needs.
Participates in incident recoveries; helping to organize efforts of other teams as part of incident recovery.
Meet and interact with customers, gathering pre-assessment information for sales and engineering efforts before the start of assessments.
Partner with our sales teams to assist in the development of scopes of work and supporting documentation.
Assist with the creation of business cases and RFPs.
Work with the sales, service, and other team members to ensure the latest best practices are incorporated within client solutions across all assessments.
Assist in the development and design of network, system, security, storage, virtualization, and cloud architectures or services to ensure reliable operations that align with client objectives.
Provide technical design and deployment support on all related subjects.
You will mentor team members on technical issues.

You should have 5+ years’ IT experience in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
You should possess certifications such relevant to previous experiences, such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.
Experience in project methodologies and execution.
You should possess advanced level background in IT including end-user support, systems architecture, operations, budgeting.
Broad experience with various operating systems, databases, virtualization, and cloud computing.
Understanding of operating platforms, connectivity, security, and information storage.
Knowledge and experience working with E-mail solutions, identity management, and collaboration and productivity suites.
Good working knowledge of Unix and Linux Operating Systems.
Must be strong in MS Windows, both server and desktop.
Experience in network and systems management.
Experience with network equipment and LAN/WAN configuration: Domains, TCP/IP, VPN's, switch and firewalls, wireless access points, and other networking equipment.
Strong operational knowledge of VMWare and VSphere of comparable virtualization solutions.
Strong operational knowledge of AWS, GCP, G Suite, Microsoft Azure, and O365 environments.
Knowledge of IT security, compliance and data protection operations and legislation NIST CSF, NIST 800/53, ISO 2700x, and SOC, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to teach others how to perform systematic troubleshooting in a timely manner.
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and maintain composure under pressure.
Excellent Knowledge of IT systems and processes and experience evaluating internal and external technical control systems.
Excellent Knowledge of cyber security and privacy principles used to manage risks related to the use, processing, storage and transmission of information or data.
