Job Description

Seeking an energetic highly motivated Tech Recruiter to build internal and external relationships, participate in strategic business development, and manage unique challenges and opportunities working within an international context.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract candidates to client companies
  • Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
  • Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
  • Headhunt - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Use candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
  • Receive and review applications, manage interviews, questionnaires, and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
  • Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client
  • Inform candidates about the results of interviews
  • Work towards and exceed targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
  • Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
  • Provide solutions, support, administrative, and related services designed to improve operating efficiency to the Director of a group of multiple businesses, departments, groups, and individuals.
  • Work with regular supervision to plan, prioritize, communicate and organize a generally standard workload.
  • Will be responsible for managing all functions which support the effective running of a fast-paced business. The position is key to the success and smooth operations of the organizations.

Other Accountabilities May Include 

  • Utilize basic time management skills.
  • Answer Emails, online calls, transfer calls and take accurate messages to ensure prompt response.
  • Communicate in a clear and articulate manner.
  • Produce simple documents and presentations accurately, based on manager’s direction, to effectively communicate information or data.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of the parties and situations under which confidential information may be disclosed.
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews and notify attendees of interviews, time and locations via company calendar tools.
  • Assist in organizing materials required by presenters and attendees.
  • Actively participate in tasks & projects completing assigned tasks within established timelines
  • Any other duties inherent to the position.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Administration, Industrial Relations, or any Administrative equivalent degree diploma.
  • 2 years minimum of relevant tech recruitment experience.
  • Highly desired background includes hands on and high level of expertise in leveraging information systems to achieve talent identification and acquisition - sourcing, recruiting, and hiring/placing candidates on a timely matter from ATS-based resume databases, the internet, job board databases, social networking sites and any other source of human capital data.
  • Own Personal Computer and/or Laptop.
  • Good Internet Infrastructure and Connectivity.
  • Strong PC literacy with solid skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as WhatsApp/Telegram, Skype, Zoom, DropBox, and Google Drive & Docs.
  • Ability to find solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring to group of companies’ policies and practices for guidance.
  • English at least B2 level, written and read.

Preferred:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Functional Unit structure and policies as well as Company’s operations, policies and procedures.
  • Human resources management knowledge and/or experience.
  • ATS management knowledge and experience.
