Resultant was founded as KSM Consulting in 2008.

To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we need an experienced Data Solution Architect to join our team. As a Data Solution Architect, you work with internal teams, our clients and enjoy doing the following: 

• Thrive on developing deep, value-based relationships with clients   
• You are comfortable developing new operating models and organizational structures for our clients that encompass people, process, technology, and governance to unlock value and meet desired business outcomes.  
• Enjoy gathering and analyzing information from our clients to identify conceptual and logical designs of data ecosystems.  Using your knowledge you will improve overall data systems performance, operations, and create roadmaps to meet the strategic needs of our customers. 
• Able to Identify areas of opportunity within a client’s organization to determine strategic implications and define detailed plans, inclusive of people, process, technology, and financial implications related to the data ecosystem 
• Leverage your technical knowledge of Data Architecture, Infrastructure, and DevOps to develop plans and approaches for Digital Transformation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead the vision, strategy, and technology roadmap for client facing projects.   
• Discover, develop, and assist in implementation of process improvements for our clients’ IT data systems and department.  
• Provide direction to clients for overall design, direction, coordination, and evaluation of Information Technology security, infrastructure, data management, technical business analytics, and help desk systems support.  
• Ability to work with and lead multi-skilled technical teams on projects that touch a range of technical platforms and client programs within an enterprise. 
• Design and implement solutions that meet clients’ compliance and security standards. 
• Research and evaluate sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability 
• Understand and provide guidance to customers on Organizational Change Management implications of implementing new data processes systems, and tools. 
• Advise clients on building, developing, and managing a team capable of carrying out needed data architectural initiatives.  
• Drives technology transformation within the client organization to ensure that all solutions are aligned with company objectives and strategic plans.  
• Assess and consult on business continuity and disaster recovery protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss for client’s organization  
• Analyzes data infrastructure to assess operating costs, productivity levels and upgrade requirements for clients  
• Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers as needed  
• Stays current with relevant data architecture tools and design structures to provide up to date information to our clients. 

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity defining strategies and plans that improve and grow business outcomes  
• Minimum 5 years of experience consulting, as a technologist or defining process and organizational solutions in a business environment  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
• Proficient in latest technology for data ecosystems and management.  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  
• Excellent analytical and management skills.  
• Excellent interpersonal skills.  
• An ability to work with clients in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies.   
• Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within an organization.   
• Deep understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure, data structure and analysis, DevOps, and system integration to build creative solutions solving complex problems.  
• An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out the “why”
