As an Associate Account Executive or an Account Coordinator on our Client Success or Client Engagement team, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for simple client requests and maintain client communication and relationships. You will maintain up-to-date business knowledge and build a thorough understanding of clients’ brand and business to drive agency’s thinking.
Candidates will be assessed for their fit for a specific Account role, across all of our office locations, including but not limited to:
Associate Account Executive: Partner with the Project Management team to ensure all administrative tasks of the account are executed accurately, timely, and maintain high standards. Provide support to a wide range of Creative productions (TV, Radio, OOH, Print, Digital), lead regular analysis, and keep insights top-of-mind to drive client success and satisfaction.
Account Coordinator, Client Success: Support the account team in the day-to-day execution of our clients' marketing strategies and projects. Manage the creative development and production process for multi-channel campaigns including Direct Mail, Email, Search, Display and Social.
