Join dentsu’s Customer / Digital Experience team where we blend strategy, design, and technology to develop user-centric customer experiences. The team combines expertise in brand building with performance marketing and new commerce opportunities to enable direct-to-consumer relationships.
Positions on the Customer / Digital Experience team focus on creating messaging that is connected through every customer interaction and ensures each touchpoint is smooth, simple, and well-designed. You will apply strategic, design, and / or technological skills to develop customer experiences that are seamlessly interconnected and deliver measurably deeper and longer customer relationships. You will work with one of dentsu’s integrated network agencies including Merkle, 360i, mcgarrybowen, and Isobar. (For a deeper dive, learn more about Merkle’s Digital Experience practice here.)
Candidates will be assessed for their fit in various types of Analytics roles ,across all of our office locations, including but not limited to:
Content Strategist / Copywriter: Create language and content that cuts through the noise to engage with consumers in simple, surprising, and empathetic ways. Artfully craft strategies and ideas in client voice that brings ideas to life.
UI / UX Developer: Conduct research, usability testing, and strategy development for conceptions and executions of end-user designs. Spread messages and brand voice in an engaging display that builds brand awareness, boosts click-ability, and increases conversions.
Software Engineer: Write code and support large scale development projects in front- and back-end / AEM code. Produce clean, efficient, high quality source code that captures the eye of target audiences.
Business Systems Analyst / Quality Assurance: Understand client marketing strategies, goals, and objectives and transform the insights into documented client use cases. Contribute to the delivery of traditional and digital marketing data and platforms, user experiences, and/or integration of various offline and online media and channels
