Job Description

What you’ll do

 

As the Digital Solutions Architect you will have a passion for engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders and assisting in the translation of business strategy and customer experience priority into high quality, deliverable and supportable digital solutions. You will also be key in representing digital ambitions to the wider business and partnership framework and supporting the evolution of a digital first enterprise architecture and technology delivery roadmap. You will work within a high-performing, motivated digital team and a modern technology stack.

  • Work with integration architecture, developers and business UX designers to align corporate systems and services with the business requirements for digital experience.
  • Assist the business in prioritising and sizing digital initiatives and use this to inform enterprise architecture and roadmaps
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the digital roadmap reflecting technology trends and alignment with business initiatives.
  • Ensure that the solutions provided meet Contact's business needs and provides the most performant, supportable and secure environment possible.

We’re not all about the technical skills though, as your personality needs to shine though. So, with this in mind, we’re keen to see your board range of skills and practical hands-on experience in delivering digital solutions.

Strong technical depth and analytical understanding of different integration approaches within complex, distributed data ecosystems.

  • Experience in delivering highly performant, secure and scalable applications via digital channels including an understanding of DevOps implications.
  • A collaborative, flexible approach to approaching complex solution challenges.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills – a demonstrable understanding of how a digital team must deliver to business strategy and how you can contribute the strategic thinking.
  • The ability to communicate complex, technical concepts in a way that can be understood and acted on by a full range of stakeholders.
  • A confident thought leader and mentor.
  • Strong technical depth and expertise in digital software delivery across multiple digital channels.
