Call Center HR - temp work from home

We are looking for an Temp in our HR Call center  to join our growing team.

Work Schedule: Need coverage until 8:30pm EDT

The Employment Services Representative will be responsible for entering new hires through our Onboarding system, as well as, checking and approving status changes, department transfers, name changes, and terminations.

What Would You Do? The Specifics

• Answer employees calls, chats, and emails about basic HR questions
• Enters new hires through our Onboarding system. Ensures that all the necessary documentation is provided.
•  Works with Field Managers to troubleshoot the Onboarding process over the phone.
•  Checks and approves associate changes through the National Vision’s WorkForce Portal.
•  Attends and trains new managers at our Management Education Program regarding Employment Services processes.
•  Trains managers over the phone on the WorkForce Portal and Onboarding.
•  Ensures that all I-9 documentation is completed according to federal laws (within 3 days of employment & form filled out correctly).
•  Provides back up support for all Employment Services positions.

• High School Diploma/GED required. Associate’s degree is preferred.
•  Experience with Customer Service in a call enter setting
• 1+ years of Human Resources experience is preferred.
•  Advanced data entry/keyboard skills.
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•  HRIS experience is a plus.
•  Strong verbal/written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
•  Effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
•  Excellent organization, planning, judgment, and time management skills
