Pharmacovigilance Network Coordinator

PrimeVigilance, an Ergomed company, was established in 2008 by former Drug Regulators, to provide specialised pharmacovigilance services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. These services cover the science and activities relating to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse effects or any other drug-related problem (WHO definition of pharmacovigilance). The purpose of this position is to provide support to senior members of the PV Network team, to ensure smooth daily operation of the PrimeVigilance PV Network and its uninterrupted workflow.

• Support and guidance to local contact persons for pharmacovigilance (LCPPVs/Partners)
• Local literature monitoring: collection and revision of Partner's reports, compilation and review of Monthly Reports
• Regulatory/PV intelligence and news: collection and maintenance of an up-to-date overview of legislative requirements and changes
• Collection, tracking and maintenance of Partners' CVs, job descriptions, training records, contact details
• Tracking of Partners' key performance indicators
• Training management on E-learning
• Document maintenance on PV Network common shared area
• Communication with clients and project management, if applicable

• Secondary/University education
• Language: Fluency in Czech and English
• Experience with project management and administration
• Advanced organisational skills
• Good communication skills, advanced internet users
• Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance and pharmaceutical industry
