Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Junior/Mid Level Sales Administrator. Your work will be fulfilled with communication, collaboration, ensuring an effective sales and account management process, searching for new sales opportunities, conducting market analysis, helping sales and account management team with daily tasks. • Take responsibility for document management – prepare proposals, contracts, and reports
• Assist for sales and account managers team on daily sales tasks
• Organize meetings with the clients and other business events
• Handle incoming inquiries and service the needs of existing and new clients’ requests
• Collaborate with technical staff in order to prepare materials for public tenders and proposals
• Manage the process when projects involve different delivery partners or competency units' resources

• Experience, with sales/relationship management/account management (experience in the IT sector would be an advantage)
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation  
• Able to take full ownership and responsibility for work                                        
• Excellent collaboration, communication skills                                                         
• Highly organized with excellent time management                                                
• Good spoken and written Lithuanian and English languages
• Computer proficiency
