QA Lead, Autohero

Our Tech department is the driving force behind one of the most successful start-ups in Europe since 2012. Based in Kyiv, we have an innovative and driven team that is using cutting-edge technologies to redefine the used car market.

As a QA Lead you will play a critical role in a fast growing company by providing high software quality. Our QA Engineers design and implement automation and manual tests for new and existing features. You will contribute to raising the bar by leading the diverse and detailed and customer oriented  team while never losing track of the big picture.

Your new role:

• Lead and mentor QA Engineers.

• Define, develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.

• Provide senior level strategic thinking and leadership in the area of QA and risk management.

• Track quality assurance metrics and work closely with tech leads  and product managers to improve results.

• Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies.

Your skills:

• Experience of leading a QA team in an agile development environment.

• Thorough experience in Automation and Manual testing.

• Hands-on experience in automation testing tools and continuous integration.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly understand features from a product and technical perspective.

• Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical staff with good communication skills.
