Job Description

PA is delighted to have recently won places on a number of multi-year pan UK Government management consulting frameworks. We are now looking to recruit two administrators to manage those frameworks.

Key responsibilities include the review and submission of tender responses, collation analysis and reporting of management information and working with a variety of stakeholders from across PA in ensuring the frameworks are used consistently and efficiently to ensure a good commercial return for PA and value to the taxpayer. 

You will support the end to end sales and reporting process for MCF3, DOS5, G-Cloud and TS3 frameworks – potentially adding other HMG frameworks such as HealthTrust Europe, NHS England Health Systems Support Framework, Bloom and Nepro over time depending on workload / volumes. Key aspects include:

Qualifications

  • Collation of management information and reporting both for internal use and external compliance
  • Previous experience of working with HM Government or Industry frameworks preferred
  • Assist with internal and external audits including any self-audit requirements
  • Proactive management of live contracts – making sure change requests submitted and approved and risks and issues identified and resolved
  • Support the development / upkeep of contract management guidance
  • Support assignments with management of subcontracts – e.g. getting them added to frameworks, ensuring compliance etc.
  • Experience in contract management
  • Experience of working with framework contracts – ideally UK Government or UK / EU contracts 
  • Good business analysis skills – able to identify and rectify issues quickly and accurately 
  • Financial literacy – experienced in financial analysis and reporting and related tools / software packages
  • Ability to work proactively with a range of stakeholders
