We are looking for an Transcon Agent for our OSL office.

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Track and Trace files and reporting.
• Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards.
• Contribute and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
• Meet compliance and KPI standards at all times.
• Understand customers procedures and maintain internal SOPs.

• Minimum one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
• Team Player, Pro-active approach, strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
• Experience with Norwegian Customs Import procedures.
• Norwegian and English language skills required.
