Eyas Gaming is a fast-growing global gaming operator with a key opportunity for an experienced React development Lead / Architect who will be responsible for the core websites, hybrid applications, enterprise CMS development and backend integrations.

You will be responsible for requirements analysis, solution design, development and test of the mulit-site, mulit-skin, mulit-region, mulit-language front ends, ensuring the highest quality and standards are maintained.

As well as providing the CMS Authoring functionality and experience, you will be central in the implementation of key Marketing initiatives including Personalisation and A/B testing.

What will you be doing?

• Developing CMS driven websites using component-oriented approach (storybook), and the headless content consumed by apps.
• Designing and developing the CMS editing experience for the team of content editors
• Converting business requirements into detailed technical requirements for both Frontend and CMS backend.
• Defining best practices
• Recruiting, leading, and mentoring a team of JavaScript developers.
• Code reviews
• Integrating tagging, analytics and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts.
• Implementing A/B testing and personalisation
• Integrating Analytics and monitoring tools
• Keeping abreast of new development tools and practices, including tool and product selection process.

• Experienced senior React and SPA developer for enterprise class websites and hybrid applications.
• Experience with building enterprise CMS backends, ideally Adobe AEM.
• Knowledge of personalisation systems, ideally Adobe Target.
• Possess team leadership and mentoring skills.
• Be Self motivated and proactive.
• Background in online casino gaming or sportsbook would be advantageous
• Proficient in Git and release management.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Testing & experience tools, e.g. Cucumber, Cypress, protractor or Selenium.
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies and their best practices.
