You’ll be part of the SME BI & Commercial insights team, where our vision is to deliver best in class sales reporting and performance management for our sales organisation within the exciting SME merchant market.

We deliver a governed self-service BI setup driven by our recently implemented Alteryx Server and PowerBI. Further, we support SME Sales with analyses, reporting and project management of strategic initiatives. We are part of a European team on a mission to scale the performance management infrastructure across existing and new markets, thereby supporting the growth ambition to become European Payment Champion.

You’ll be powering SME Sales in Merchant Services

As BI & Commercial Insights Analyst/Manager you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. You can come as you are and be at your best at Nets. You’ll  find the freedom to balance an exciting job with life outside of work.

Your key tasks and responsibilities are to build a scalable reporting foundation fully leveraging the recently added Alteryx Server and PowerBI to bring automation to our dashboards to support sales performance reviews and drive sales improvements. Further, you are expected to play a vital role in expanding the reporting framework across our European organisation and further improve on our analytics capabilities. An ambitious student will be supporting in maintenance and development while expecting to learn from you. You need great stakeholder management skills, as you will be working with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, BI and IT developers to develop best-in-class reporting and defining the hero KPIs to steer our business. Further, you will assist sales directors and team leads to improve their business through sparring and conducting ad hoc analyses and optimisation proposals on selected topics.

Your professional qualifications include:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree within a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Flair and experience in working with data
• Experience working with Alteryx is a must
• Experience working with PowerBI or Tableau is a must
• Experience working with Sales is a plus
• Fluent English both written and spoken is a must
