Job Description –

·       Designs, implements, and documents data architecture and data modeling solutions, which include the use of relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases.

·       Oversee and govern the expansion of existing data architecture and the optimization of data query performance via best practices. ...

·       Participates in business requirements gathering, performs data analysis, designs logical data models, and participates in the design of physical data models.

·       Perform development or maintenance work on data models, data dictionaries, CRUD matrix, flowcharts, design justifications or other artifacts to meet with corporate standards, integration with enterprise data architecture and company goals.

·       Conduct data analysis and capture data requirements, Design logical and physical models across multiple Data Warehouses, Create the logical and physical models

·       Work with other members of the development/ DBA team to ensure all requirements are captured and reflected in the data model with optimal performance.

·       Create data dictionary and metadata around the data elements Responsible for defining the source repositories and rules around the transformations

·       Organize working sessions with business & operations team to understand sources of data and expected output.

Skill needed –

·       Overall experience – 10-15 years

·       Strong knowledge of SQL or other enterprise databases (5 yrs. exp), ER studio or Erwin or Similar Modeling Tool, with SSIS/similar tool experience

·       Experience in database technologies, data design and performance optimization for large Data Warehouse solutions.

·       Expert in relational and dimensional structures for large (multi-terabyte) operational, analytical, warehouse and BI systems
Skilled in data profiling, business domain modeling, logical data modeling, physical relational data modeling and design
Ability to work in a large, complex business and technical environment

·       Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies in large heterogeneous teams

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship building skills

·       Education – Computer science engineer or similar skills

·       Location – PST Hrs/Remote & Offshore

·       Model of Joining – CW / FTE (Preferred)
