We integrate with some of the largest technology platforms (payment processors, POS systems and marketplace apps) in Latin America and embed tailored financial services that SMBs can then leverage. As a Marketing Lead, we’re looking for a leader who will define and execute R2’s brand & communication strategy to effectively deliver financial services through each of our partnerships at scale. The Marketing Lead will also assist in building the infrastructure & tools (CRM, etc.) required to optimize conversion.

What you’ll work on:

  • Define R2 Capital’s brand identity and positioning
  • Create content explaining the product for all partner and market verticals (ads, mailings, videos, blog posts, etc.)
  • Develop high impact marketing campaigns with partners
  • Enable partners with content to drive conversion of financings through partners’ channels (mailings, push-notifications, social media, blog posts, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Lead relationships with marketing agencies and/or designers across LatAm
  • Liaise with product/tech teams to adapt our content as the product evolves
  • Establish KPIs, analyze results of marketing campaigns, and present findings to team
  • Assist in designing customer journey and optimizing conversion funnel
  • Assist in building and monitoring results in CRM and retargeting infrastructure
  • Assist in making sure all marketing & customer support tools communicate R2’s offering properly

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing & branding
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills in Spanish
  • Motivated self-starter, with a bias for action, who thrives in a hyper-growth environment
  • Knowledge of growth marketing channels & tactics
  • Passionate about fintech in Latin America
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Hubspot, Airtable, etc.
  • Knowledgeable of needs of SMBs in Latam is a plus
  • Experience in B2B with “end-user” angle is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in roles that are partner-facing with understanding of how to drive business through the partner ecosystem is a plus
