Head of Data Governance

Currently for Lingaro, one of our long standing customers, who operates in the area of digital disruption, we're searching for Head of Data Governance to join their team, helping create modern solutions!

• Creating a long term strategy, defining offering portfolio, value propositions, business model, competitive advantage and go to market approach. 
• Solution ideas generation and market verification.
• Consultative sales to identify and win new opportunities.
• Projects’ delivery at consulting stages and supporting existing teams by thought-leadership in client facing situations.
• Lead generation through thought leadership: articles, analysis, white papers, public presentations, webinars etc.
• Budget planning and ROI monitoring
• Monitoring of trends, competitors, market opportunities.
• Capturing and sharing current and past use cases and success stories across the organization.
• Marketing content input and verification.
• Educating other Lingarians in the field of consumer knowledge.

• 8+ years’ experience in the data governance space.
• 5+ year consulting company experience (top consulting companies experience only, PWC, KPMG, Booz, EY, Cap, Bain, Accenture)
• 2+ years in a large enterprise company.
• Pre-sales and proposal preparation experience.
• Publicly recognized as an expert in relevant tech community.
• Consulting competencies, e.g. problem-solving, research, customer interviewing, workshop facilitation, bringing structure, managing ambiguity, stellar presentation skills. 
• Deep market and technology knowledge about customers, trends, competitive solutions. 
• Entrepreneurial Mindset and intrinsic drive to grow business.
• Executive Level communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in leading projects/people.
• English – fluent level (international experience is a plus).
• Product Management experience is a plus.
