We have an immediate need for a Solution Architect. This role is ideal for a highly proficient software engineer & Architect who is:

• Ready to be extensively hands-on for Architecture, POCs, Inceptions, MVP Construction, and Continuous Delivery oversight.
  • Collaborative with a Practice Leader & clients, able to take the lead on implementation and detailed design elements.
  • Deeply knowledgeable regarding software development practices and processes, and contributing to Continual Improvement activities.
  • Steadfast in delivering high-quality, best-in-class solutions with a disciplined approach to development, testing, and QA.
  • Passionate about solving challenging business problems and creating excellent user experiences.
• A creative, motivated, independent, and integrity-driven leader.
  • Able to set the bar high in clear and productive communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Experienced in providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
  • Hands-on, still writing code while assisting the other developers to meet deadlines.
  • A proven technical thought leader who provides subject matter expertise to client and colleague interactions.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: 

• Provide leadership over all aspects of customer solutions including scope, roadmap, technical requirements, delivery, SOW support
• Own the project development
• Create and publish thought leadership both internally and externally
• Conduct effective discovery sessions/presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Thoroughly assess the client’s needs and present an appropriate business and technology solution
• Oversee the delivery of consulting projects; provide proactive control of resources, consultants/employees, and mentoring of project team leadership
• Develop and present proposals and Statements of Work for consulting projects
• Prepare and present accurate Statements of Work (SOW) estimates for engagements
• Establish trusted partner relationships with client and partner stakeholders through technical expertise and thought leadership
• Identify growth potential or renewal opportunities within current and future accounts

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $130,000-$175,000*

Therefore, this good faith salary range will only apply where this described position will be performed in the state, and should not be considered the compensation range in other locations or for other positions.
