Shopify is the world’s fastest growing commerce platform, with no plans to slow down, powering over 1.7 million stores in more than 175 different countries. Shopify’s Total Rewards team is responsible for building our global compensation, benefits and mobility programs. At Shopify, we are a pay-for-impact company.  Our leaders empower their teams with the autonomy and support they need to write their own story and deliver high impact outcomes. • Own and manage our compensation fairness programs and analysis

  • Evolve our compensation and equity tools
